Every Monday – 5:15pm – 6:30pm Yoga/Pilates with Kim May - Join Kim for this great class of stretching.
Every Thursday – 6pm – 7:30pm Tai Chi with Ginny Goodin - Come and experience this slow beautiful moving meditation, first time students are free!
April 10 – 6:30pm – 8:30pm - Intro to Reiki - Join me in this class that will connect you with energy and how it works. If you have not had Reiki before, or want to take a step in learning a new way to connect with energy and the power it has, this class is for you. The fee is $15., which will be deducted from your first Reiki 1 class.
April 17 – 6:30pm – 8:30pm – Self Hypnosis in 3 easy steps - This class is for anyone who would like to learn simple techniques to help you with stress, and anxiety. Learn how to relax quickly and easily with this easy to learn technique. The fee is $20.
April 14 – 10-5pm – Reiki 1 - Take that first step in your healing and learn this gentle hands on healing modality. With Reiki 1 you can work on yourself, family and friends. Give yourself and your family this wonderful gift of healing. The fee is $85. (If you come to the Intro class on April 10th, the cost of the class will be deducted from the $85. fee.)
April 20 – 1-4pm – Foot Detox with the EBPRO Machine - Have you been feeling exhausted lately? Your body may be calling for a detox. Outside in the environment, as well as things we eat cause our bodies to become toxic. One session with the EBPro will leave you feeling revitalized with more energy. Book your session today. The cost is $20. (The normal rate is $35.)
April 24 – 6:30pm – 8:30pm - Past Life Regression - Ever wondered why you seem connected to certain people or certain places? Do you love the country or are you a city person. Are you attracted to the Egyptian culture or perhaps you love learning about the Romans! Whatever you are attracted to is a key to who you were. Group sessions are fun and informative. The fee is $20.
